I am a retired innovative scientist and engineer who has always followed the limits of the physical sciences at the serious Textbook and original paper level. After a career in EMI central research labs or CRL Ltd. I have been retired from full time work for 22 years and have been pursuing my own interests and notably my examination of the gaps in the thinking of physics astronomy and cosmology.

I Have recently developed these ideas and am looking for some genuine peer review of my work and hope to stimulate others to follow these lines of thinking. my website contains lots more information on this.

What I am proposing is an extension to current thinking that fits perfectly with current observations and modelling and solos a lot of the problems and glossed over weak points

I really want to get the germs of this ideas out before I reach my "time limit:" and would hate to see them die with me
