I'm more concern about how we can use knowledge in Physics to achieve a Greener Future Earth not for tomorrow but for today in our present era, in our life time.

Current energy technologies are heavily based on environmentally polluting source like the fossil crude oil. Nuclear energy is very risky and you can not molecularly decompose the radioactive nuclear wastes into inert state. Nuclear radiation exposure could cause sterility or cell mutations to any living thing.

I believe there are other technologies that would enable us to dis-centralize the power source for every home and make the monopolized power grid operated by greedy power generation industries - obsolete. They are the ones that cry out constantly that in about 5 to 10 years, the Philippines will have serious electric energy deficit - to justify their constant demand for higher electric bill charges (they are just scamming the public for their profit).

There are already "Almost Free Energy Technologies" for power generation that were already available 40-years past, and these technologies once you got it started, will continue to operate, providing high voltage electricity for two or three medium sized houses for six months non-stop (depending upon the quality of materials you used to build the device like bearings, bushings and commutator contact points). The complete working device-motor/generator has high torque, produces very high voltage, but cold electricity. The motor/generator has least possibility of overheating that is, it can run for a long time as long as you don't throw off the main switch.

You can live on an island with dis-centralized almost free electric energy generation capability with the said system.

You can install this high torque-positive-repulsive-motor/generator as prime mover on a car or pickup truck and throw away the gasoline thirsty combustion engine and forever forget about ever spending for any drop of gasoline or diesel fuel (I guess we could make the oil producing countries bankrupt in this manner, well they already have their glory days).

When this system is further refined/developed in terms of quality materials, you can install this motor/generator on a propeller type aircraft running on its own produced electricity with cost effective range. If you are an air carrier business operator, you could save a lot from overhead cost that would have been spent for aviation fuel expenses, and no contrails/pollution emissions into the atmosphere.

These kinds of sustainable technologies work with nature and when these are implemented seriously in our society; will free us from our dependence on fossil fuels and dirty-risky antiquated nuclear technologies.
