I am a research scientist, based in the UK. My areas of interest include numerical simulations of semiconductor devices, and the development of terahertz-frequency imaging systems.

I have been a keen Ubuntu user since 2007. I help out with bug triage on Launchpad. I am particularly interested in the inkscape and grace packages, and a range of other tools that are useful for scientific illustration.
