That includes leading teams. Recently, as a CTO at a startup, I organised work of an R&D team to develop and successfully launch a product in 7 months. Before that I have worked on many other projects. For example, an adaptive online learning platform for Bloomberg and The Economist used by students around the world for exam preparation.
